With persistent encouragement from Wellness Coach, Sister Bonita Shelby (since 2010), I learned to read labels and to evaluate the wholesomeness of my food choices. Now, by God’s grace, I have progressed from eating canned and highly processed foods to eating mostly non-GMO, organic, fruits, turkey, vegetables, and sustainable fish. It is enjoyable to bake cookies, gingerbreads, and waffles from scratch. Salads and soups are regular menu items with grass-fed beef or wild venison limited to twice a month. Also, routinely eating right for my blood type has become a part of my dietary discipline regimen. Throughout this transformation, appropriate use of Young Living Essential Oils products has been a mainstay in my journey.
