My life was amazingly changed over 18 years ago...
It started with an afternoon telephone conversation with a friend who had an encounter with a colleague who had experienced massive changes in her physical, mental and emotional wellness. My friend called to tell me what she found out about the Healing Oils of the Bible, like Frankincense and Myrrh, and it was on from that point to now! Over these (almost) two decades, I've learned and put into practice so much about how to Stay Above the Wellness Line. I have a daily regime that changes periodically based upon what my body prefers. My routine includes the 7 Pillars of Next Level Self Care, the foundation is using Seed to Seal (Real) Essential Oils in every facet of my life. Food Choice Transformation 

With persistent encouragement from Wellness Coach, Sister Bonita Shelby (since 2010), I learned to read labels and to evaluate the wholesomeness of my food choices. Now, by God’s grace, I have progressed from eating canned and highly processed foods to eating mostly non-GMO, organic, fruits, turkey, vegetables, and sustainable fish. It is enjoyable to bake cookies, gingerbreads, and waffles from scratch. Salads and soups are regular menu items with grass-fed beef or wild venison limited to twice a month. Also, routinely eating right for my blood type has become a part of my dietary discipline regimen. Throughout this transformation, appropriate use of Young Living Essential Oils products has been a mainstay in my journey.
