NINGXIA RED JELLIES!
Indulge in a guilt-free and nutritious snack with NingXia Red Jellies that you can easily make at home!
In a saucepan, combine:
1 cup NingXia Red
1 1/2 teaspoons agar powder (gelatin alternative)
4 teaspoons honey
3 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
Mix with a metal spoon until fully dissolved and heat on medium-high. Once boiling, remove from heat immediately and stir in the desired essential oil. The mixture should be almost too sweet, since the flavors will mellow during cooling. Pour the mixture into silicon molds and let your molds cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour until set. Enjoy these delicious treats with your friends and family!
NOTE: Recipe is from a YL member in a non-US market, probably Canada, where they use the term, + Plus, instead of Vitality. In the pic, Lemon Plus is listed as an ingredient but for clarity, in the detailed directions, I changed it to Lemon Vitality to align with the US market.
