For some, 7-9 hours of nightly sleep is enough while others may also require a short or long daytime nap. All of us are different so remember, Your Body Speaks, Are You Listening? and How Are You Responding?

Some distractions that may hinder deep, restful sleep are: having any of the many types of technology running in your sleep space, eating food or drinking water too close to sleep time, trips to the bathroom, racing random or specific thoughts and bad dreams. Also, some people may feel guilty or ashamed to stop and rest. Don't be guilty or shamed to seek help because...

God has given us everything we need for life and godliness through knowledge of  Him.

Rest and sleep are two of the many good things God created for us to establish boundaries. He knew exactly what His created humans needed in order to properly function from day to day.
